Description
About the presenters

AI Agents, also known as GPTs in ChatGPT, are helping organisations solve problems and streamline workflows. In this session, we’ll explore what’s possible with AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot 365 and ChatGPT, and the differences between personal agents (for individual tasks) and organisational agents (for teams and processes).

Through live demonstrations, you’ll see examples such as Advisor Agents (e.g. Privacy, Legal) and Retrieval Agents (e.g. Policy and SOP assistants), with a behind-the-scenes look at how they’re created. We’ll also showcase an AI App Builder we’ve been trialling, giving you insight into how accessible it is to create and customise AI tools—and where this space is heading.

This course is designed to teach participants:

  • Understand how AI Agents (GPTs) work in Copilot 365 and ChatGPT, and explore their real-world applications.
  • Learn how to build your own Agent to get you started.
  • Gain awareness of AI App Builder tools and their potential for future innovation.
