Description
About the presenters

Claude Cowork is Anthropic's desktop application that brings agentic AI capabilities to anyone on a Claude Pro plan or above. Cowork accesses your local files directly, uses connectors to work with Gmail, Drive and Notion, runs scheduled tasks on a cadence you set and can even be triggered from your phone via Dispatch. In this 60 minute webinar we'll set up Cowork from scratch and walk through real NFP workflows: an automated Monday morning briefing, batch-processed donor thank-yous and a recurring monthly impact report. We'll also cover the safety practices and human-in-the-loop habits needed to delegate responsibly when working with sensitive NFP information.

This course is designed to teach participants:

  • Set up Cowork safely with appropriate folder access, global instructions and connector integrations for Gmail, Drive and other tools.
  • Build scheduled tasks that automate recurring NFP work, including briefings, donor communications and monthly reports.
  • Apply the "delegate, don't chat" mindset and recognise the human checkpoints needed to delegate responsibly with sensitive NFP information.
