Description
About the presenters

Choosing the right digital tools is essential to working smarter, not harder. In this 60-minute session, we’ll unpack some of the most common and practical AI tools available today, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, and explore how they can support not-for-profit organisations.

From streamlining grant writing and volunteer coordination to enhancing reporting and everyday admin tasks, we’ll look at what each tool does best, where the pitfalls might be, and how to decide which one is right for your context. This session is designed to give NFP leaders and staff a clear, practical overview of how AI can drive impact, efficiency, and confidence in day-to-day operations.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Understand the key features and differences between major AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Identify common use cases where AI can streamline workflows in not-for-profits, from admin tasks to donor reporting.
  • Recognise potential risks and challenges of adopting AI tools, including ethics, security, and data considerations.
  • Evaluate which AI tool (or combination) best fits their organisation’s size, needs, and resources.
  • Gain confidence in starting small with AI adoption and building toward broader digital capability.
