Description

Seeking help during tough times isn’t always easy, and knowing how to offer the right support can be just as challenging. This free online module is the first part of the Ask Izzy Connect Training Program and is designed to help you recognise when someone may be experiencing hardship or vulnerability.

In around 20 minutes, you'll learn how to identify the signs that someone may need support and begin to build your confidence in supporting them.

To gain full capability in responding to and referring people to support services, we encourage you to complete the full Ask Izzy Connect Training Program. Modules 2–4 are delivered in an expert-led online workshop (fee for service).

To learn more or request the full training, visit infoxchange.org/ask-izzy-connect or email askizzy@infoxchange.org.

This course is designed to teach participants:

  • How to recognise people experiencing hardship and vulnerability.
  • The 4 R's Framework and how this is used to support people
  • Insights and tips directly from people with lived experience
