About the presenters

Learn how Custom GPTs can streamline your nonprofit’s work.

NFPs juggle funding applications, volunteer management, reporting, and communications — often with limited staff and resources. Custom GPTs can help lighten the load by embedding your own documents, context, and tone into an AI assistant that works the way your team works.

In this session, we’ll show practical nonprofit use cases and walk you through building a Custom GPT live. You’ll see how these tools can:

  • Simplify volunteer recruitment and training

  • Draft grant applications and reports more efficiently

  • Support program delivery and communications with consistent tone

  • Help to design a GPT with the right role and boundaries

  • Identify documents to include (e.g. FAQs, Context Canvas) and what to avoid

  • Test, refine, and improve GPTs for ongoing value

This course is designed to teach participants:

  • Understand how Custom GPTs differ from one-off prompts
  • Discover safe, practical ways to add your own organisational knowledge
  • Leave with steps you can replicate to create your first GPT
