With a logically structured approach, you will work in small groups and gain actionable strategies to position your organisation for sustainable AI success.

Part 1: 15-minute preparation work (offline)

Following registration, you’ll receive the preparation work a short introductory video and a short set of questions to help tailor your session that you can complete in your own time prior to the session.

Part 2: Morning of workshop

We will email the assessment template to have ready at the workshop.

Part 3: 90-minute workshop (online)

In the main session, we’ll work through the assessment template together, answering any questions and analysing your results and next steps.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a logical methodology and an evidence-based assessment of how ready your organisation is to harness the transformative power of LLMs and generative AI.
