Stuti Nabazza is a product marketing lead at Project Tech4Dev, where she leads adoption strategy and user education for Dalgo - a data platform for non profits. At Tech4Dev, she works closely with the NGO ecosystem in India to translate operational needs into usable, scalable data solutions. With over four years of experience across SaaS product marketing, tech, and user research, she brings a cross-functional lens to building inclusive, context-aware technology. Her background in sociology and economics informs her approach to bridging technical tools with field realities. Prior to Tech4Dev, she supported growth and positioning efforts at mission-driven startups.

Pratiksha Rao

Data & AI Engineer

Pratiksha Rao is a Data and AI Engineer at Dalgo, where she works as a consultant with nonprofit organizations across diverse contexts and use cases. She partners closely with NGO teams to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, supporting the full data lifecycle from data collection and ingestion to transformation, analysis, and insight generation.

With experience across data engineering and applied AI, Pratiksha brings a pragmatic, problem-solving approach to building systems that are both technically robust and usable by non-technical teams. At Dalgo, she works directly with program, MEL, and leadership teams to consolidate fragmented data sources, improve data quality, and enable actionable, decision-ready insights while staying grounded in real-world operational constraints.
