Description
About the presenters

Separate AI hype from reality to focus on what AI can genuinely achieve for not-for-profit organisations. Join us to explore AI’s capabilities and limitations, and leave this session understanding where human judgment remains crucial for success.

Will AI replace me in the workplace?

This existential question is a point of reflection (or concern) for many of us. While some celebrate AI’s seemingly limitless potential, some fear how this could potentially displace us in the workplace.

The answer? There is room for both of you and AI. The key is finding the right balance.

Throughout this session, we will revisit common use-cases shared by many not-for-profit organisations through 3 models of human-AI collaboration:

  • AI as a transactional assistant (meant to fill gaps when they arise)

  • AI as a companion (you default to AI to assist you in certain segments of your work)

  • AI as an independent automation (fully handed over to AI)

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Understanding realistic expectations of AI capabilities.
  • Identifying areas of NFP work most and least suited to AI.
  • Recognising the importance of human oversight and context.
