This InfoByte is designed for not-for-profit staff across the APAC region, aiming to help you learn how to leverage AI to save time and increase productivity by removing "drudgery" from your work. You will explore how AI, specifically Microsoft Copilot, can assist you at every step of the grant proposal writing process. The InfoByte includes scenarios and questions to help you apply your new skills and enhance your organisation's efficiency.
This course is designed to teach participants:
- Identify how AI, specifically Microsoft Copilot, can assist at various stages of the grant writing process.
- Distinguish between Microsoft Copilot chat (free) and the full Microsoft 365 Copilot suite, and understand the benefits of each for non-profits.
- Apply basic AI prompting techniques to generate and refine content for grant proposals, saving time and increasing productivity.
