Yen is a digital strategist and human-centred service designer with specialities in software development and user experience transformation. They are a highly experienced co-design, workshop facilitator, educator and advocate.

Yen works to create space for unheard voices and stakeholder needs and believes that the work you do belongs to the people you do it with. They have worked with the federal and local government, on university digital transformation, community development, policy and research, with rich experience in community media, the women’s sector, fundraising, and youth engagement.

Yen has worked as a Scrum Master and is experienced in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. They have a keen interest in stakeholder engagement and strategic governance and have served as a volunteer board member for several community and charity organisations.
